Mahnomen County Social Services Opens in New Location in Downtown Mahnomen

Mahnomen, MN — The Mahnomen County Social Services Office is now open at its new location in downtown Mahnomen. The department made its move from the Mahnomen County Courthouse to the former United Valley Bank Building at 103 North Main Street this past Thursday and Friday. Mahnomen County Administrator CJ Holl says the new building not only provides some much-needed space for their employees, but also a modern facility with adequate meeting spaces and brings more activity to the downtown corridor.

An Open House is expected at a later date while they continue to put the final touches on the new office. Mahnomen County Human Services is open Monday through Friday from 8am until 4:30pm.
