Mahnomen National Night Out Tuesday

MAHNOMEN, MN—Mahnomen is holding National Night Out activities on Tuesday.  It will be held from 5 to 7 pm at Mahnomen High School on the southeast lot on First Street South.  Mahnomen County Sheriff Josh Guenther says National Night Out is good for community relations.

The Mahnomen Fire Department will be cooking hot dogs and the County Sheriff’s Office will be serving root beer floats.  You can tour police vehicles, fire trucks and other equipment used in rescue operations.  Weather permitting, the Life Link helicopter will be landing and a K-9 demonstration.  Again, National Night Out is at Mahnomen High School in the southeast lot from 5 to 7pm Tuesday night, August 1.
