Main Street Bar Owner discusses sudden closing 

After finding out about a structural issue in their building earlier this week, the City of Ada has announced that they will be closing the Ada Event Center and Main Street Bar for an unspecified amount of time starting Thursday. Bar Owner Amber Kroshus says she’s trying to remain positive and is still figuring out a plan moving forward. 

The bar is a main source of income for Kroshus and she says the closing will have a financial impact on her, but she assured that this is only a setback and the bar will reopen as soon as possible.
