March is National Nutrition Month. One of the best ways that person could live a healthier life is by improving their diet. Protein is an important part of a person’s diet and Krity Rott of Norman-Mahnomen public health shares some things that a person should consider if they want to improve this area of their diet.
Rott says for some people things like protein shakes could also be beneficial.
