March is National Nutrition Month, and Norman Mahnomen Public Health is encouraging everyone to adopt healthier diets. While all diets can be different for everyone, most healthy diets can be broken down on a 100 percent scale between the three main Macronutrients: carbs, proteins, and fats. Rott says the Macronutrients that should take up the largest portion of your diet is carbs, which she tells us more about.

Lastly Rott talked about the second largest Macronutrient in your diet, that takes up 25 to 30 percent of your diet, which is fats.
