McGregor School Board accepts resignation, begins process to find new Dean of Students
(McGregor, MN) — The McGregor School Board held a Special Session on Monday, August 29th to accept the resignation of Dean of Students Ryan Dillner and began the process for his replacement.
Superintendent and Elementary Principal Brad Johnson did thank Dillner for his work for the School District.
The Board reviewed the Dean of Students position and future administration structure for any potential replacement. Dillner was in attendance at the meeting and gave further insight into his responsibility for the District.
Further talks in the meeting also brought up another aspect that would make future candidates more enticed to the position.
Questions on the Dean of Students position for the McGregor School District can be forwarded to Superintendent Johnson by email with requirement being previous experience working with high-need behaviors and a 4-year degree.
