McGregor Schools finishing up renovations, looking and finding new staff

(McGregor, MN) — One full week into the school year, the McGregor School District is putting some finishing touches on longstanding projects and continuing to add their school faculty. 

In our monthly chat with Superintendent and Elementary Principal Brad Johnson, the major school renovations from over the summer are nearing the tail end with some loose ends to tie off.

The pomp and circumstance of the grand opening for the renovations will also have to wait.

Speaking of construction, another project in the shape of the District’s Bus Garage is getting off the ground level.

McGregor Schools is in the midst of replacing their Dean of Students, to which they want to take their time in finding a more than suitable replacement.

On the Elementary, Johnson also touched on hirings that came from within the McGregor Community.
