Memorial Day Program in Fosston

The 2022 Memorial Day program will be held at Veteran’s Memorial Park in Fosston at 12 noon. There will be a brief program at the park with invocation, singing of the national anthem, rifle salute, taps, benediction and back this year – the war birds flyover! Come to Melland Park early for a Pie and Ice Cream Social in the pavillion at the Heritage Center at 11 am. Bonnie Stewart talks about the ice cream and pie social which is a fundraiser for the new museum.

The Heritage Center is looking for volunteers to help with programming and special events. In appreciation of thier volunteers and to provide information on getting involved as a volunteer, they are hosting a Volunteer Meet and Greet from 11 am until 1 pm at the Heritage Center.
