Minnesota Office of Cannabis Management says Minnesota will need at least 381 dispensaries
The Minnesota Office of Cannabis Management says Minnesota will need at least 381 dispensaries to meet requirements in state law that require at least one registered retail location for every 12,500 people.
The Office of Cannabis Management says the Minnesota Legislature could raise this retail floor once more data on cannabis demand is collected.
The implementation of Minnesota’s new cannabis laws are not expected to take place for another year so dispensaries on Tribal lands are still the only dispensaries allowed to be open.
