The Morrison County Sheriff’s Office continues to ask for the public’s assistance in the homicide investigation of Terrence “Terry” Brisk’s death that occurred 6 years ago on Monday, November 7th, 2016. The Sheriff’s Office is heavily invested in this case with assistance from the Bureau of Criminal Apprehension.

The Sheriff’s Office has confirmed that the suspect shot and killed Terry Brisk with Terry’s own rifle. Based on evidence at the scene, the suspect was in close proximity to Terry Brisk and we believe that Terry and the suspect would have interacted prior to the homicide taking place. Our office continues to review physical evidence collected and with technology evolving, we continue to pursue avenues to keep this case active.

Someone may have the information that law enforcement needs to bring closure to this case. Even if you aren’t sure if the information you have is important to share, call our agency or Crime Stoppers, as it might be the information that is needed to bring this case forward. A $30,000 reward is being offered for information that leads to the arrest and conviction of the person responsible for Terry’s murder.

The Sheriff’s Office encourages members of the public to contact their office at (320) 632-9233, if anyone has any information pertaining to this case.
