Name Released In Fatal House Fire in Thief River Falls

Police have released the name of the man found dead in a house fire Monday evening in Thief River Falls. According to Police Chief Marissa Adam, the body of 37 year old Mark Gorman Beito was found inside the residence at 504 Knight Avenue North. The Thief River Falls Police Department, Thief River Falls Fire Department and Pennington County Sheriff’s Office responded to the report of a residential fire at approximately 5:49 pm. The cause of the fire remains under investigation and officials do not suspect any foul play.
