Nation Creation & Mock Elections at the Mahnomen School

With Election Season officially here, the Mahnomen School is one of many that will be using the time to educate their students on the country’s electoral system. One of the ways the Mahnomen school will be doing this is in the form of a mock election. Mahnomen Social studies teacher Andy Johnson tells us more.

Johnson says this lesson comes after their Nation Creation project which wrapped up recently.

Mahnomen parents are also reminded that there will be no school next Thursday and Friday due to the MEA break.
