Naytahwaush Nightriders Fun Run Set for this Saturday
Naytahwaush, MN — The Naytahwaush Nightriders Snowmobile Club will be hosting their 2023 Fun Run this Saturday, February 18th. Whether you have a snowmobile or not, all are welcome to participate by making stops at a number of participating bars and restaurants in the area. The fun run will get underway at 11am and wrap up by 6pm at Pinehurst Resort. Organizer Josh Guenther says you only need to make 5 of the total 16 stops on the run to have a chance to win some cash.
The Naytahwaush Nightriders have added some new stops this year for the fun run. Stops include the Lean To Tavern (Bejou), Ruffed Grouse Roadhouse (Lengby), Hoot Owl Resort (Waubun), Elbow Lake Resort (Waubun), Ice Cracking Lodge and Resort (Ponsford), Bone’s 113 (Waubun), Little Dipper Bar and Grill (Bagley), Peachy’s Pub (Bejou), Cedar Crest (Waubun), New Horizon Resort & Lodget (Waubun), E-Z One Stop (Waubun), Broken Arrow Resort (Naytahwaush), Pinehurst Resort (Naytahwaush), Sundown Saloon (Waubun), Berry’s Bar (Ogema).
Guenther says the main driving factor behind the fun run is to get people out on the trails and supporting the local businesses.
With the recent snowfall, Guenther adds that trail conditions should improve by the weekend. He encourages riders to keep the speeds down, stay to the right, and avoid drinking and driving, whether they are on a snowmobile or in a car.
The Naytahwaush Nightriders Fun Run is this Saturday, February 18th from 11am until 6pm.
