BISMARCK, ND—North Dakota Governor Kelly Armstrong has ordered US and state flags to be flown at full staff next Monday for the inauguration of Donald Trump as President.  Flags have been at half staff since December 29, following the death of former President Jimmy Carter.  Armstrong says, “the inauguration of a U.S. president is a time to celebrate, and the Stars and Stripes should fly high as a symbol of freedom and democracy on such a momentous day for our nation.”  Flags will return to half staff on January 21.
