Christmas time is over and now it’s time to start looking into 2024. With the new year many people will be doing New Year resolutions to varying success. One of the most common resolutions is to live a healthier life and Kim Meyers of Norman Mahnomen Public health joined us to discuss how you maximize your odds of keeping with your resolution. 

Myers says if your resolution is to workout it’s best to ease your way into a workout routine and schedule.
