Norman County Commission opens new Sheriff’s Deputy position 

During their most recent meeting last Thursday the Norman County Commission decided to open up a sheriff’s deputy position in the Norman County Sheriff’s Office. Commission Chair LeAnn Hall tells us more. 

Hall says the commission will be going through some rebranding as they will be making changes to their website and possibly the county logo. 

Hall gives a brief rundown of other miscellaneous agenda items discussed throughout the meeting including bridge grants and new employees.  

Lastly Hall says they will be looking for candidates to run for Norman County as longtime commission member Steve Bommersbach will not be seeking re-election this fall.

The Norman County Commission will meet next on Thursday, May 2.
