Norman County East School Board News & Notes
Twin Valley, MN — The Norman County East School Board held their regular monthly meeting this past Tuesday, February 14th. At the meeting the board approved a trio of resignations. Included in that, according to Norman County East Superintendent Rob Nudell, were retirements from a pair of long-time staff members from Tammy Lindell and Julie Sather.
The school board also began discussions about the district’s operating levy. Superintendent Nudell says it is due to expire after next year, so they may need to start the planning process if they want it renewed.
The Norman County East School Board also approved the annual Resolution Directing Administration to Make Cuts, but Nudell stated that the resolution is just a formality and that the district does not intent to cut any positions or programs.
