Norman County Emergency Management Update 

It has been another mild winter for the Red River Valley, and that will have a major implication on flooding for the rest of 2025. Garry Johanson of Norman County Emergency Management says the region is in need of more snow, and or rain to potentially avoid a drought. 

Johanson says he is also involved with the Association of Minnesota Emergency Managers, and with his position Johanson says he has also been lobbying for Emergency Management Funding Bills in St Paul. Johanson tells us more about some of the bills he is lobbying for.
