Norman-Mahnomen Public Health Promotes Impact Coalition

Norman-Mahnomen Public Health is among the community groups appearing at this week’s Norman County Fair.  Kim Myers was at the Fair Thursday speaking about the department’s Impact Coalition, which aims to keep young people from abusing drugs and other substances.
