August is almost here, which means that the 2025/226 school year is fast approaching, and parents are encouraged to start getting their kids back into their school routines. Last week R&J News told you about the importance of sleep routines, but another thing parents should consider is their child’s nutritional routine. Ashley Braun of Norman Mahnomen Public Health tells us what should, and shouldn’t be included in a healthy nutritional routine.
