Oktoberfest at the Norman County Fairgrounds 

Autumn has officially arrived, which means that it’s almost time for the Norman County Fair’s annual Oktoberfest celebration. Norman County Fair board President Don Merkens tells us more about Oktoberfest, which is set to take place on Sunday. 

The Norman County Fairgrounds has undergone a lot of upgrades over the past few years, and Merkens says fundraisers like Oktoberfest make these upgrades possible.
