Park Christian 7th Grade Science Fair Recap

From effectiveness of sunscreen, to flying airplanes, or molding strawberries, Park Christian School 7th Graders got to show off their hard work to the public today. In years past, each grade would begin the science fair process within the first few weeks of school. Now the 7th graders experiencing science fair for the first time begin in November to simplify and ease them into their first of three years involved with ISEF. This marks the second year of the new format and the first for new 7th grade science teacher Mrs. Bates, who had nothing but praise for her students after their presentations.

The students had their projects judged and scored this morning, but were able to relax and show off their final results this afternoon to their friends and family.

The students presenting today will have two more years participating in ISEF in their 8th and 10th grade years with the opportunity to go to the regional or state level of ISEF.
