Polk County Sheriff reminding hunters about trespassing laws
The 2024 Minnesota Deer Season begins on Saturday, and the Polk County Sheriff’s Office is encouraging all hunters to be lawful and fair. Polk County Sheriff Jim Tadman says for the most part people stay well behaved, but one thing that tends to be an issue every deer season is trespassing. Tadman goes over some reminders and things to consider when it comes to trespassing.
Tadman says it’s also important for landowners to be aware of, and in communication with other landowners that your property borders.
Tadman was a guest on the KKCQ Food for Thought Program which airs weekdays at 8:45 on KKCQ 96.7 FM.
