They have begun a Wellness Program working with mental health professionals to assess an employee’s current abilities to handle job stressors. Tadman provides more details on the Wellness Program.

Tadman is currently on the 988 Policy Committee representing the Minnesota Sheriff’s Association. 988 will provide the public with easier access to the lifeline network and related crisis resources. Beginning in August, calling 988 will connect you to crisis services including trained first responders and crisis centers when needed.
