Posting Season Load Limits, Nuisance Brush and Tree Removal ahead for Crow Wing County

(Brainerd, MN) — The Crow Wing County Highway Department will be posting season load limits and will be removing brush and nuisance tree removal throughout this week.

Maintenance crews will be posting seasonal load limits to the County, FAD, and SAD roads today. These restrictions will be in place until the State removes the load limit provisions of the roads that are free of frost and soft spots.

Crews will be performing brush and nuisance tree removal along CSAH 45 (13th St. in Brainerd) on Tuesday and at County Road 127 and CSAH in Merrifield on Friday.

County maintenance crews will be patching potholes on various county roads throughout the week. Crews will be pulling over the stopping frequently on the shoulder of the roads to perform the patching work. Loose patching material debris may be present.
