Rally For Teejay Alvarez

CROOKSTON, MN—Family and friends of a Fosston man who died after a shooting in June marched outside the Polk County Courthouse on Wednesday.  You’ll remember 31-year-old Teejay Alvarez died in a shooting at a Fosston apartment.  A suspect, Cory Burnette Jr., was arrested but was released from custody.  Prosecutors with the Polk County Attorney’s Office say they’re waiting for a final autopsy report and a final report from law enforcement before they decide on charges.
