Representative Jim Joy discusses bill that would legalize sports betting in Minnesota 

The Minnesota Senate Taxes Committee approved and referred senate bill SF1949 to the chamber’s finance committee. If signed into law this bill would legalize sports betting in the state of Minnesota, with a 20% tax rate that would go toward many state programs. Representative Jim Joy says he would support the bill if given the chance to vote on it.
