Reycraft is Named New CFO at Lakewood Health System

Staples, MN – September 2, 2022 — Joe Reycraft recently accepted the position of chief financial officer (CFO) at Lakewood Health System.

Originally from Maple Plain, MN, Reycraft has an undergraduate degree in business with a finance emphasis from Bethel University. He has been with Lakewood since 2013 and started as a financial analyst, after which he quickly advanced into various leadership roles, including reimbursement manager and finance director. In July 2022, Reycraft accepted the CFO position and now oversees Lakewood’s fiscal division which includes the revenue cycle and materials management teams.

“I’m honored to have this leadership opportunity and to have the support of our Board, providers, managers, and senior leadership team at Lakewood,” said Reycraft. “I’m excited for our system and this new chapter we’re about to enter into as Lisa Bjerga takes over for Tim Rice. I’m eager to continue to add to our legacy of being a health system that values and contributes to the health and well-being of our patients and our community.”

Reycraft and his wife, Jenna, live in the Motley area, and have one daughter. Outside of work he enjoys time with his family and spending time outdoors golfing, hunting, boating, and snowmobiling.
