Smiley’s Rescue Hosting Blanket Tying Party at Winger Community Center
Winger, MN — Help provide a comfy place for a rescue kitten and check out some of the friendly cats up for adoption during a Blanket Tying Party at the Winger Community Center this Sunday, February 12th. The event, which is hosted by Smiley’s Pet Rescue of Fertile, will run from noon until 3pm and there will hot chocolate, coffee, and treats. Sid Williams, owner of Smileys Pet Rescue, says they welcome people to stop by to help make some small blankets and see if there is a cat or kitten that would be right for your home.
For those who are looking to adopt one of their roughly two dozen cats, Williams says it’s a pretty easy process.
