Substance Abuse Programs a major focus for White Earth RBC 

During their White Earth State of the Nation Address last week members of the White Earth Governing Body (RBC) highlighted substance abuse programs as a major focus for the tribe in 2024 and beyond. R&J News caught up with White Earth Secretary Treasurer Michael LaRoque who explained why this is an important topic for him, and how he plans to address it. 

R&J News also talked with District 1 Representative Henry Fox who also addressed substance abuse programs during his speech and he discussed the importance of supporting these programs.
