(Mora, MN) — Still over a week away from Tax Day, the Seven County Senior Federation is coming to the home stretch in tax preparation services for their clients while keeping tabs on Medicare changes.
We recently spoke with Seven County Senior Federation Executive Director Lisa Krahn about those final days tax prep services through two different groups have gone quickly with one-on-one appointments.
Once through the rigor of Tax Season, Krahn mentions that becoming a volunteer with a valued skill set is beneficial for yourself and others.
Krahn, who will be at Shamrock Township Hall on May 3rd to talk need-to-know information on Medicare, detailed much more on keeping up with Senior Citizens making changes once they turn 65 years old.
The Seven County Senior Federation is able to guide you with making the best decision with your insurance coverage, even if it isn’t the plan you originally were thinking of.
The Seven County Senior Federation will be at the ‘Community Connection as you Age’ seminars April 23rd in McGregor and April 30th in Aitkin with an information booth.
Lisa Krahn herself will be at the Shamrock Township Hall in the McGregor Area May 3rd beginning at 10am. Listen to our full chat with Lisa Krahn of the Seven County Senior Federation by going to the Wake the Lakes page at www.rjbroadcasting.com.
