The Rainy Lake Sports Fishing Club celebrates it's 39th Annual Fishing Derby which normally takes place on the ice of Rainy Lake. This year, however, the event moved to Smokey Bear Park due to the ice conditions. The Rainy Lake Sports Fishing Club financially contributes to many projects, and Tim MacKay speaks about one such special project here in our area, The Rat Root River Project.
