Traill County Welcomes Patrick Bertagnolli to Speak on “Crafting Your Community”
Mayville, ND — The Traill County Economic Development Commission welcomes Patrick Bertagnolli, executive director for Job Service North Dakota and a passionate advocate of community development, to speak about opportunities for engagement in community building at all levels. The 90-minute presentation will take place Tuesday, Feb. 28 at the May-Port CG High School Auditorium, 900 Main St. W. in Mayville, starting at 1 p.m.
With ample experience in leadership positions, such as a multistate operations manager, workforce planning/employee relations manager and director of community enhancement at the Rough Rider Center in Watford City, N.D., Bertagnolli delivers an energetic and inspirational message on how to grow your community through partnerships and integrations.
Bertagnolli will share his experiences working with employers, industry groups, legislators, the education system and youth, and discuss how collaboration has transformed communities.
Hillsboro High School Principal Terry Baesler says because of Bertagnolli’s unique experiences in using students as ambassadors for the community, they’ll be taking some of their students to hear his message as well.
Bertagnolli has been a substantial contributor to the North Dakota Workforce Development council for more than 10 years. He currently works on the State Board for Career and Technical Education, Interagency Council on Homelessness, Administrative Committee for Veterans Affairs, State Information Technology and Advisory Board, Statewide Longitudinal Data Systems committee and the National Association of State Workforce Agencies.
There is no charge to attend, and all community members are welcome. For questions, contact Traill County EDC at 701-636-4746 or director@traillcountyedc.com.
