U of M Extension Hosting Family Focused Webinar Series
Minnesota — Looking at making healthier choices? Wanting to budget better? Or perhaps a new hobby in gardening is on the horizon? As we start the new year, the University of Minnesota Extension will be presenting a series of webinars to support families and those who serve families in making informed decisions that lead to greater health, resilience and well-being. These free, family-focused webinar series are being offered via Zoom. Sara Croymans with the University of Minnesota Extension says these webinars are a great way to better yourself without ever leaving the comforts of your home.
The webinar series includes subjects such as Family Friendly Earth Care, Finding Balance, No Place Like Home, Recovery and Health, and What’s for Dinner. Also, with inflation hitting everyone’s pocketbooks, Croymans says their series called Making Cents of It All will be a popular one.
And because aging is inevitable, Croymans says there is also a great, educational series called “Later Life Decision Making” that is worth being apart of.
A number of the webinars will also be offered in Spanish and all of them be archived if you are unable to attend live.
