Ulen Hitterdal to explore potential 4-Day school week 

The Ulen Hitterdal School Board held a school board workshop last week, to discuss a number of topics as they prepare for the 2026/2027 school year and beyond. Ulen Hitterdal Superintendent Dustin Flaten says one of the items explored by the school board was a potential 4-day school week. 

Flaten says they are still a long ways away from making a decision on a potential 4-day school week. 

The Ulen Hitterdal School Board also held a special session before their workshop last week, and Flaten says the meeting was in regards to establishing dates to file for school board candidacy, as they have multiple seats up for election this year.
