Man Arrested After Destroying $100,000 Worth Of Property With Baseball Bat:
(Yuba City, CA) — A man was arrested Tuesday afternoon for allegedly trashing a Yuba City, California Target store with a baseball bat. Police say Macio Banilla, who was fired earlier in the day from the store, caused at least one-hundred-thousand dollars damage during his rampage. Several refrigerator glass doors, credit card readers and store items were damaged. Police told employees to evacuate the building until police could arrive. Banilla was arrested without incident on charges of burglary and felony vandalism and is in the Sutter County Jail. Officials say no one was hurt during the incident.
