Wake The Lakes Tuesday Moron Lawbreaker of the Week

A Florida woman walked up to police officers outside a bar in St. Petersburg and asked them to arrest her. She told them she had drugs on her and should go to jail. She then took two baggies of meth out of her pocket and handed them to the puzzled officers. A field test of the substance confirmed that it was meth and the woman was placed under arrest. Cops also noted that she appeared to be under the influence of drugs.
