Walk to End Alzheimer’s – Brainerd Lakes Area coming on September 24th at Forestview Elementary

(Brainerd, MN) — On September 24th, Forestview Elementary in Brainerd will be host for the 2022 Alzheimer’s Association “Walk to End Alzheimer’s” for the Brainerd Lakes Area. 

We recently spoke to Walk Manager Tami Siebert about the Walk that occurs annually throughout Minnesota and the Dakotas.

Registration is free and fundraising efforts will also be rewarded from the Alzheimer’s Association.

Events for the Walk to End Alzheimer’s will take place at Forestview Elementary in Brainerd.

Siebert said registration for the Walk can be done online or in person the day of the event and fundraising can also be done through social media.

As of September 5th, the 2022 Walk to End Alzheimer’s – Brainerd Lakes Area has raised over $60,000 with a goal of $146,000. Listed are 160 participants and 46 teams.
