Weird and Wacky Wednesday: “Chaffee County Man Attacked By Cougar In Hot Tub”

(Nathrop, CO)  —  A Chaffee County, Colorado man is recovering after he was attacked by a mountain lion while relaxing in a hot tub.  Colorado Parks and Wildlife says the man felt something grab his head on Saturday night at his home near Nathrop.  He and his wife began splashing water on the big cat and screaming at it until it let go and moved away.  The man had scratches to his head but no other injuries.  Mountain lions have attacked two-dozen Coloradans since 1990, with three deaths.
