West Central Ag Agrees Sale To CHS

Members of West Central Ag Services have approved the sale of their cooperative to CHS Inc. The $225 million deal is expected to close within 30 days. WCAS is based in Ulen and has 14 locations in northwest Minnesota. Arthur Companies made a last minute bid for the company, but the WCAS board chose to move forward with the CHS merger proposal.
