What happens when the power goes out at the Dekko Center?

The City of Ada recently went through some severe weather, and response to this weather differed depending on where you were in the city. If you were at the Ada Dekko Center for example, you may have noticed a lot of activity going on. Dekko Center Manager Brianna Eggen explains what had to be done at the Dekko Center when the power went out.
