Win-E-Mac School District asking residents to approve operating referendum this Fall
This November, the Win-E-Mac school district will be asking its residents to approve an operating referendum, to help the district deal with financial shortfalls. Win-E-Mac Superintendent Aaron Cook says this referendum was a long time coming, and he explains the reasons for the budget shortfalls.
