Crow Wing County seeking comments on revisions to County Land Use Ordinance and First Assessment District Road Construction

(Brainerd, MN) — The Crow Wing County Land Services Department is requiring public comments on proposed revisions to the County Land Use Ordinance and First Assessment District Road Construction Specifications Revisions. 

A public hearing for the proposed revisions to the Land Use Ordinance is set for March 17th, 2022, before the Crow Wing County Planning Commission. The Planning Commission will make a recommendation on the proposed ordinance revisions to the County Board of Commissioners for final review at the regularly scheduled meeting on or after April 5th, 2022.

The ordinance revisions and supporting information can be viewed online.

Written comments on the proposed changes will be accepted until March 2nd, 2022 at 5pm, and may be submitted to the Land Services by email or mail to 322 Laurel Street, Suite 15 Brainerd, MN 56401, attn.: “Ordinance”.
