Crosby-Ironton Sports Physicals at CRMC set for August 11th

Cuyuna Regional Medical Center Family Medicine Physicians are offering sports physicals for Ranger student athletes in grades seven to 12 on Thursday, Aug. 11, from 5 to 6:30 p.m. at Crosby-Ironton School.

The exam on a first-come, first-serve basis will consist of a medical history review, physical exam, hearing, and vision checks and immunization review. The fee is $25 per student payable by check to CRMC, credit card or cash.

No appointment is necessary; enter through the District office doors. Athletes must attend the visit with their parent or guardian. Please bring immunization records.
