2022 MN State Fair Preview: New Exhibits, Food, and Beverages
St. Paul, MN — The Minnesota State Fair, otherwise known as the Great Minnesota Get Together, gets underway this Thursday, August 25th and runs through Labor Day, September 5th in St. Paul. The Minnesota State Fair is one of the largest and best attended expositions in the world, showcasing Minnesota’s finest agriculture, art, and industry. Maria Hayden, MN State Fair Spokesperson, previewed some of this year’s new attractions.
Of course, you can’t go to the Minnesota State Fair without sampling some of the new foods. Whether it’s the Breakfast Gnocci from the Blue Barn, Deep Fried Ice Cream from the Snack House, or the Cheese Curd Tacos, there are dozens of delicious new foods for all interests.
And you’ll need something to drink to wash all that fair food down. Hayden says there are more than forty new beverages to sample, many of them collaborations with local breweries and wineries from across the state.
