C Street Brass Performing at the Top Hat Theatre
Ulen, MN — This weekend at the Top Hat Theatre in Ulen, come experience the highly talented and highly touted brass quintet of the C Street Brass. C Street Brass began in 2008 as a small project between five friends and over the years the band and its individual members have been featured on a variety of performing arts series around the country and internationally. Audiences will be treated to an eclectic mix of classical pieces, church music, and even modern tunes, according to trombone player Gabriel Colby.
Each of the members of C Street Brass are very well accomplished and well respected in the music industry. Colby says they all have a long list of credentials.
C Street Brass will perform Saturday night at 7:30pm at the Barry J Houglum Auditorium in the Ulen-Hitterdal School, but prior to that they will also be working with the Ulen-Hitterdal students on Friday during the school day.
Tickets are available by contacting the Ulen-Hitterdal School or at the door. The cost is $18 for adults and $10 for students.
This activity is made possible by the voters of Minnesota through grants from the Lakes Region Arts Council, thanks to a legislative appropriation from the Arts and Cultural Heritage Fund.
