Ada-Borup-West Hall of Fame Induction on Saturday

The Ada-Borup-West Cougar Hall of Fame committee would like to announce that the second Hall of Fame class will be inducted into the Cougar Hall of Fame on Saturday, September 17, 2022. Events and activities will take place on Friday and Saturday in Ada.

The committee is excited to honor and celebrate the contributions that Ruth Hayden, Chester Dekko, Eric Swanson, Ardell Knudsvig, Dean Bowyer, Darin Loe, Norman County Index, the 1966 Boys Basketball Team, and 2009 Girls Basketball Team have made on our communities!

The Hall of Fame ceremonies are being conducted to reinforce the connections alumni and friends have to Ada-Borup-West High School and their communities.

The day will start with scheduled radio interviews at KRJB beginning at 10:15am. Any Inductees will be recognized at halftime of the football game vs. Walker-Hackensack-Akeley which starts at 7:00 pm. After the completion of the football game the public is invited to Main Street Bar (free of charge) to socialize. The induction banquet will take place at 1:00 PM on Saturday at Ada-Borup-West High School in the Auditorium and streamed on yourliveevent.com. The public is invited to attend (free of charge)! Come out and support the inductees and enjoy some lemonade and cookies.
