Ada City Administrator Provides Update on Housing Rehab Project

Ada, MN — Ada City Administrator Ashley Larson joined the KRJB Kaleidoscope Program this past week to provide an update on their recently awarded $506,000 Housing Rehabilitation Grant from the Small Cities Development Program. Unfortunately, while they were awarded the grant, the state has yet to distribute the funds. Larson says once that happens they can move forward with the rest of the process.

Larson adds that once funds are distributed to the agency administering the grant program, those who sent letters of intent will start being contacted.

As part of the grant, eligible homeowners are able to apply for up to $25,000 for core infrastructure and structural needs, such as windows, siding, and roofing. Contact Ada City Hall for more information.
