Ada Firefighters respond to grass fires
Ada, MN – The fire sirens rang for the second time in 24 hours in the City of Ada this morning at 9:30am, this time for a ditch fire 5 miles North of Ada. The Ada Fire Department responded and extinguished the fire. Wednesday night at 11:30pm the Ada Firefighters responded to a grass fire North and West of Ada. Both fires were intentionally set. Ada Assistant Fire Chief Shawn Roux shared a reminder from the Minnesota DNR that all of Northwestern Minnesota is under an extreme fire danger and all of Minnesota is currently under a no open burning restriction.
