Norman County 4 H wraps up successful Norman County Fair

Norman County 4 H wrapped up the 2024 Norman County Fair with their 4 H Awards program, yesterday at the Tommy Roesch  Memorial Stage. Norman County 4 H Extension Educator Linda Houglum tells us how it went.  Houglum says they were also able to hand out a new award this year centered around community impact.
